Coaching & Facilitation
I help ambitious men get out of their own way and into better relationships with themselves and the people around them.
Welcome
You've worked hard and it shows. But the goalpost keeps moving, and even when you get there, it doesn't feel like you thought it would. You're starting to wonder if there's a better way to do this.
I'm Greg Brocato, a coach, facilitator, and writer based in New York City. I help ambitious men find that better way, grounded in the belief that a man who does his inner work creates positive ripple effects everywhere else.

I offer multiple ways to engage, depending on where you are and what you're seeking.
We meet regularly over several months. Each session, we'll unpack what's driving the patterns in your life. You'll leave each conversation with something concrete: a clearer perspective, a next step. Over time, the way you operate starts to shift.
Inquire About Coaching →A few days away from your regular life, in nature, with a small group of men doing serious work. No distractions, no substances, no performance. Small by design. Intimacy leads to depth.
Learn About Upcoming Retreat →Some things only happen in a room full of men being honest with each other. I facilitate ongoing and one-time men's groups. Most men leave having said something they've never said out loud before.
Learn About Men's Groups →My Approach
I'm not a guru and I don't have a proprietary method. What I have is curiosity, attention, and a lot of lived experience with the patterns I see in the men I work with.
I'm not here to give you answers. I'm here to help you ask better questions so you can tap into the answers within yourself.
Sessions look like honest conversation. I'll push when pushing is useful. I'll sit with you when that's what's needed.
The goal isn't to fix you. You're not broken. The goal is to peel back the layers so you can get clear on what you want, understand what's been getting in the way, and start moving differently.
That work shows up everywhere: how you talk to yourself, how you show up in your relationships, and how you execute in the hard moments.
The foundation for everything else. We strip away the ego. Loving ourselves, those around us, our environment, and the present moment allows us to work with what's true.
An openness to follow any thread, play with any idea. Curiosity keeps us from getting trapped by what we think we already know.
This is where the work comes to life. We test and learn to find out what's useful. Iteration is a commitment to imperfect action.

Upcoming Event
Three days in the Hudson Valley with seven other men. We'll slow down, tune in, and do the kind of work that's hard to do alone, or anywhere that feels like regular life. Facilitated by myself. Spaces are limited and usually fill through word of mouth.
Essays on men's work, self-awareness, and the trials and errors of life. Published on Substack.
Work With Me
Not sure which option fits? That's fine, reach out anyway. I read every message personally and usually respond within a couple of days. No sales pitch, just a real conversation about whether working together makes sense.
