Coaching & Facilitation
Through 1:1 coaching, men's groups, and retreats, I help men get honest with themselves and figure out what to do next.
Welcome
There's really only one thing standing in your way. The men I work with are ambitious, often accomplished, and their own worst enemy. Most are quietly wondering if this is as good as it gets.
I'm Greg Brocato, a coach, facilitator, and writer based in New York. My work is creating space for those men to slow down, get honest, figure out what they want, and address what's been getting in the way.
I offer 1:1 coaching, men's groups, and retreat experiences. All of it is grounded in the belief that a man who does his inner work creates positive ripple effects everywhere else: from his relationships to his work.

I offer multiple ways to engage, depending on where you are and what you're seeking.
We meet regularly over several months. We'll talk through what's going on, where you're stuck, and what you want instead. There's real accountability, honest feedback, and consistent forward motion. This is for men who are serious about change and ready to do the work.
Inquire About Coaching →Some things only happen in a room full of men being honest with each other. I facilitate ongoing and one-time men's groups: small enough to go deep, structured enough to feel safe. Most men leave having said something they've never said out loud before.
Learn About Men's Groups →A few days away from your regular life, in nature, with a small group of men doing serious work. No distractions, no substances, no performance. My retreats are intentionally small to create opportunities for vulnerability and connection.

I'm not a guru and I don't have a proprietary method. What I have is curiosity, attention, and a lot of lived experience with the patterns I see in the men I work with.
I'm not here to give you answers. I'm here to help you ask better questions so you can tap into the answers within yourself.
Sessions look like honest conversation. I'll push when pushing is useful. I'll sit with you when that's what's needed.
The goal isn't to fix you. You're not broken. The goal is to peel back the layers so you can get clear on what you want, understand what's been getting in the way, and start moving differently.
That work shows up everywhere: how you talk to yourself, how you show up in your relationships, and how you execute in the hard moments.
This foundation creates the container for us to peel back layers, push boundaries, play with beliefs, and ultimately create what you want to create.
Developing a sense of wonder for your experience moves judgment to the side, fostering a state that is more malleable and conducive to creating the lives we desire.
The backbone of everything. Our ability to connect deeply with ourselves, our loved ones, our environment, and the present moment allows us to powerfully channel our energy.
Discovering your authenticity requires experimentation. Test, learn, and adjust. There are wide varieties of potentialities within you — which one you actualize depends on your actions.
